Do we need new software for this?
Usually not. Automation builds on the systems you have; only what cannot be connected gets replaced.
What about data protection and AI?
Depending on the requirement, we deploy AI components with processing in the EU or in your own environment; personal data is processed only as far as the purpose requires, following the principle of data minimisation. We document the data flows we implement and supply the technical details you need for your record of processing activities under Art. 30 GDPR.
Is there funding available?
Depending on timing, company size and the project, funding programmes of the state of NRW or of the federal government may come into consideration. Whether and which programme applies to you is something you clarify with the funding body yourself; we can support you with the technical details of the project.
