This website is a purely static site. No cookies are set, no web analytics or tracking services are used, and no third-party content (such as fonts, maps or videos) is loaded. There is no contact form that transmits data to us: the guided contact flow on this site assembles your answers solely on your own device and hands them to your email program; nothing is sent until you send it yourself, as an ordinary email. Contact is made exclusively by email. A single technical value is stored locally in your browser; the section “Local storage in your browser” explains which one and why.
Local storage in your browser
This website does not set cookies. It does, however, store a single technical value locally in your browser so that it behaves correctly as you navigate and when you return. The value is read only by the code of this website running in your browser, and only where the function requires it. It does not leave your device in the process: neither we nor third parties receive it. It contains no identifier by which your device or your person could be recognised.
The value is: “tracten-theme” (persistent, in local storage) remembers the light or dark appearance you selected yourself. The website stores nothing further.
The value records an appearance you selected yourself. Its storage is based on section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG: without it the service you expressly requested could not be provided in the appearance you chose. No consent is required for this, and we do not use a consent banner.
You can delete the stored value at any time via your browser settings. The core functions of the website remain intact afterwards; an appearance you selected previously may then need to be set again.
Hosting and server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are generally: the page accessed, date and time of access, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser used and its version, operating system and IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and security of the website.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
According to the hosting provider, the web server log files are deleted after seven days at the latest. Longer storage is possible in individual cases, for example where the data is needed to investigate or repel an attack on information technology systems. The provider processes the data in data centres in Germany.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in handling the enquiry.
Data is passed on only where this is necessary to handle your enquiry, where a statutory obligation exists or where another legal basis permits it. Our email accounts are operated at ALL-INKL.COM; to that extent the provider acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
General enquiries are deleted once the matter has been conclusively dealt with and no further storage is required. Where the correspondence serves the initiation or performance of a contract, or is subject to commercial or tax retention obligations, deletion takes place only after the applicable periods have expired.
SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”. This protects the data transmitted between your browser and our web server against unauthorised reading and against alteration while in transit. An email you subsequently write to us is not covered by this: it is generally transported with transport encryption only and not end-to-end encrypted.
Your rights
Where the respective statutory conditions are met, you have in particular the following rights: free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
For this and any further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given above.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, Germany.
